Design: There individuals were cultured at room (25, RH 95%) for two months. Then, they were carried out on relative air humidity (RH) control experiment for seven days (three biological duplicates). The gradient experiment was set to groups A (RH 95%), B (45% RH 50%), and C (RH 5%), which named as D. sinense A, B, and C (DSA, DSB, and DSC), respectively. Leaves and pseudo-bulbs were collected for sequencing.
